Our Policy Details

1. Eligibility To be eligible for an exchange, your chappals must be in the same condition you received themβ€”unworn and unused.Β 

2. Damaged or Defective Items We take pride in our quality, but if you receive a defective or damaged product, we will replace it immediately. Please notify us via email or phone as soon as you inspect your package.

3. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within [X] business days.Β 
Note: Items returned after 7 days or those not in original condition do not qualify for a refund.

4. Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with exchanging an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
